What is the price structure for the 21TEN Life Shotz?

A box of 10 packets is $25 for all Distributors and $30 for Customers.

Is Life Shotz available in Canada?

Yes. We ship out of Toronto.

If I joined through 21TEN, can I order Oxyfresh products?

Yes. You can use your 21TEN login and password information to access the Oxyfresh website and place your orders.

Unilevel

What is Unilevel Dynamic Compression?

Sales on each level are calculated based on who is Active in that specific month. Inactive Distributors at any level do not "take up" that level. Those who are Active move up to fill those level sales for that month.

What percent is paid on the first and second levels?

The percent paid on your first- and second-level sales depends on how you qualify. There is not a flat percent paid on all sales like most Unilevel plans. Instead, we have specific bonuses that are earned based on meeting certain sales requirements on your first and second levels. For example:

• You can earn the Manager bonus of $50 (two personally sponsored Active Distributors).
• You can move on to earn the Director Bonus of $100 (four personally sponsored Active Distributors).
• You then move to Jr. Executive and above and can qualify to earn Core Bonuses of $200 or $400 on your first- and second-level sales.

When do I start to earn Infinity and is it never-ending?

Infinity can be earned at the position of Worldwide Infinity. Infinity will pay until someone else can earn it.

Monthly Commissions

How do I qualify for the Active price?

Either enroll in the $100 Auto Order or have $200 in Personal Sales accumulated for the month.

Do Personal Customer Sales count toward the Active requirement?

Yes.

If I'm Active in 21TEN, do I need to be Active in Oxyfresh to earn commissions on my Oxyfresh sales?

Yes. You must be Active in both plans to be paid in both plans.

When are Sponsor bonuses for Fast Packs and Retail Profit paid out?

Daily if you have opted for the 21TEN debit card program.

When are Fast Pack Upline and Senior bonuses paid out?

Monthly.

Will I automatically receive my 21TEN debit card for electronic commission downloading or do I have to request one?

When Distributors enroll they will receive a personalized 21TEN debit card as part of their Builder Kit, mailed separately by our banking partner. Instructions for activation and use will be included.

Will I be given a PIN to use at an ATM?

Yes. For your security, you will receive your debit card's PIN through a separate mailing directly from the issuing bank.

Is there an option to receive commissions by check instead of the debit card?

Yes. There is a $6 monthly processing fee for commissions issued by check.

Do I need to sign up to receive text messages and email notifications of earned commissions and bonuses?

Yes. You may elect to receive text messages and/or email notifications by logging in to your Distributor Office and selecting your preferences.

Personal Sales Incentive Bonus

How many personally sponsored Distributors or Preferred Customers do I need to earn the extra 35%?

You will start to earn the Personal Sales Incentive Bonus on your 5th Active Distributor and your 5th Preferred Customer.

How many Distributors and Preferred Customers can I sponsor and earn 35%?

We do not limit the number of people you can personally sponsor or how many Preferred Customers you may have.

If I have someone in my group who is earning the 35% on their first level, do I still earn below them on their group?

Yes. The Personal Sales Incentive does not block you from earning on the entire leg, just a few people on a particular level. For example:

• If you're a Senior, you would earn 7%/7%/4% for Unilevel 3/4/5.
• If you're a Master Sales Director you would earn 7% on levels three, four and five.
• If someone on your first level is earning 35% on what would be your second level, you still earn on levels three, four and five below them.
• If a second-level person was earning 35% on someone on your third level, you still earn on levels four and five of that group.

 

10% Individual Sales Bonus

What are Individual Sales?

All orders (not including your Fast Pack) placed by you personally. Specifically excludes your Preferred Retail Customer sales.

If I have a first-level Distributor who is producing $750 a month or more, do I earn 10% on the entire $750?

No. It must be in excess of $750 (e.g. $751 or higher)

Do I also earn Personal Sales Incentive Bonus of 35%?

No. The 10% Bonus is paid as an either-or.

Do I earn both the 10% commission and the 10% rebate?

No. You earn 10% as a commission on your first level's excess of $750 in Individual Sales. The cash rebate is paid to the Distributor who purchased the excess of $750 of product.

How much do I personally need to order to qualify to earn the 10% rebate?

You would need to have Individual Sales in excess of $750 in order to qualify for the 10% cash rebate.

How do I earn the $50 Manager Bonus?

Develop two personally sponsored Active Distributors.

How do I earn the $100 Director Bonus?

Develop four personally sponsored Active Distributors.

What are the options for the Core Bonuses?

$200 Bonus

• Have a combined Core Sales of $1,000 or more.
• Have four Active Distributors on your first level (compressed for first year).
• Have one first-level Qualified Director.

 

 

$400 Bonus

• Have a combined Core Sales of $2,000 or more.
• Have four Active Distributors on your first level (compressed for first year).
• Have two first-level Qualified Directors.

 

What are Core Sales?

Core Sales are limited to all non-Fast Pack sales on your first and second levels (compressed for the first 12 months only). Core Sales also do not include your Personal Sales.

How fast will I get my shipment of Life Shotz?

Half the United States receives its 21TEN products via ground service within three days of ordering.

21TEN reaches the entire continental United States within five business days. 21TEN tracks hundreds of shipments to verify delivery times. Check the transit map below for your state’s delivery time.

What is a Fast Pack?

Fast Packs are kits we put together to help get your business off the ground. You may only order one Fast Pack, and only during your enrollment month or the calendar month following your enrollment month.

What are the different types of Fast Packs?

Do I have to purchase a Fast Pack to qualify for Fast Pack Bonuses?

No. Fast Packs carry special incentives but are not required to earn Fast Pack Bonuses or any other bonuses. You can have $250 Personal Sales in any calendar month to qualify for these bonuses.

If I purchase a $500 Fast Pack, can I later upgrade to a $1,000 Fast Pack?

No. You must make your Fast Pack decision at the time of the original order.

Are Fast Packs included in my sales totals to advance to any position below Senior Sales Director?

No. Fast Pack sales only count for Advancement and Total Sales qualifications for Seniors and above.

Can the first qualified upline also earn the Senior Fast Pack Bonus as the first qualified Senior Director, if they meet both criteria?

No. If the first qualified upline is also the first qualified Senior Director, they may only earn the upline bonus. The Senior Bonus will seek to the next upline Senior or above.

Do Fast Pack sales count toward Advancement or re-qualification for Managers/Directors/Jr. Exec & above?

No.

Enrollment and Fees

How much will it cost to enroll?

For a limited time, we're allowing FREE enrollment with online certification to allow distributors to start ordering product quickly.

How much will the Builder Kit cost?

Builder Kits will be $30 in both Oxyfresh and 21TEN beginning June 1st, 2010.

Does my current Distributor login and password allow me to access both 21TEN and Oxyfresh websites?

Yes.

Do I need to pay an Oxyfresh and 21TEN Renewal Fee and Advanced Personal Marketing Center Fee for both companies?

No, one Renewal ($20) and one Advanced Personal Marketing Center Fee ($10) count for both companies.

When will I receive my first issue of SUCCESS Magazine?

About 30 days after enrollment.

Will the free subscription to SUCCESS Magazine renew automatically at the end of three months?

No. We will email you before your subscription ends with details on how it can be extended.

What is the annual renewal fee?

The annual renewal fee will be $20 year for Managers and above only.

Production Pools and Travel & Training Pool

Does the Production and Travel & Training Pools include all sales from both Oxyfresh and 21TEN?

As a special incentive, for the year 2010 only, the company sales in Oxyfresh and the company sales from 21TEN will be combined together in determining the pool and share amounts.

How many shares can I earn in the Production Pool?

There is no limit on the number of shares you may earn.

Are there minimum shares to particpate in the Production Pool?

Yes. 2 shares minimum are required to participate.

What is each share value for the Production Pool?

Shares may be valued anywhere between $1 and $100 each. Value is determined by the total number of shares and total sales. 21TEN does not control share value for these pools.

How do I earn shares in the Production Pool?

1) 1 share for having $200 or more in Personal Preferred Customer
2) 1 share for selling $250 Fast Pack
3) 2 shares for selling $500 Fast Pack
4) 3 shares for selling $1000 Fast pack

How do I qualify for the Travel & Training Pool?

You need to be qualified
a) For the Production Pool

or

b) Have earned $2000 in Core Sales in current month

How do I earn shares in the Travel & Training Pool?

1) 1/2 share for qualifying at Senior Director
2) 1 shares for qualifying at Master Director and above

How many shares can I earn in the Travel & Training Pool?

A maximum of two shares, and you must qualify for Production Pool once every three months. Shares are determined based upon your qualified position of Senior through Regional.

Stock Incentives

Can Distributors earn Stock Incentives?

Yes! The first three Distributors who reach the rank of Worldwide will earn 1% of stock in the company.

Rank Qualification

I am a Regional Director in Oxyfresh. Is my 21TEN position the same as my Achieved Position in Oxyfresh?

No. All 21TEN commissions and bonuses are dependent on meeting the 21TEN compensation plan requirements.

If I qualify as a Master Sales Director in 21TEN and I am Active in Oxyfresh, how will I earn on my Oxyfresh sales?

You will earn Unilevel as Master Sales Director on your Oxyfresh sales. You can earn other bonuses, however you will need to qualify under the Oxyfresh plan requirements.

If I achieve Senior Director but don't re-qualify within the next 12 months, will I lose my position or title?

Yes. You must re-qualify at your achieved position at least once every 12 months in order to maintain it. If you do not re-qualify within 12 months, your title will revert to the highest position you re-qualified for in that period.

To qualify at Senior, how many Jr. Executives do I need in each leg?

You will need 1 Jr. Executive in each of 2 legs.

Retail Sales, Profits and Preferred Customers

What is the difference between a Preferred Customer and a Customer?

Preferred Customers order product directly from 21TEN. We process payment, ship directly to the Preferred Customer and send you the Retail Profit.

How much profit will I earn if my Preferred Customer places an order directly with the company?

Your Retail Profit for orders placed directly through 21TEN will be the difference between the wholesale and retail price.

Example 1: If your Preferred Customer places an order for 10 boxes on your 21TEN website, you will receive the following retail profit:

10 boxes x $30 Customer Price	= $300
Retail Mark-Up	= $5 per box
10 boxes x $5 Retail Profit	= $50
$1 Processing Fee per Box	= -$10
TOTAL RETAIL PROFIT	= $40

Example 2: If that same Preferred Customer is your 5th or higher (rank based on sales in the current month) Preferred Customer, you will receive an additional 35% Personal Sales Incentive:

10 boxes x $30 Customer Price	= $300
Retail Profit	= $40
Additional 35% Personal Sales Incentive	= $105
TOTAL PROFIT	= $145

 

How do I earn $10 Retail Profit per box by purchasing the $1,000 Fast Pack?

By purchasing the $1,000 Fast Pack you will receive 50 boxes of product for the price of 40, or $20 per box. If you sell each of those 50 boxes directly to your Customers at the suggested retail price of $30 per box, you will net $10 per box in Retail Profit with no processing fee deducted.
