I am not sure exactly when I first noticed a difference after taking Life Shotz almost two years ago. Life Shotz gives a sneaky kind of energy that keeps working, not obvious like with the Yerba Mate. I used to take Yerba Mate for when I needed a boost and have barely taken any since drinking Life Shotz. I usually drink it after lunch and the big difference is I am not run down at the end of the day. I used to be worn down and pooped but now sail through the dishes at 9:00 pm. I have been playing competitive golf as long as I can remember. A round of golf can take up to four hours to play or even five hours when it is a competitive round. I started my vacation right after working at a regular eight-hour day. I've been taking the Life Shotz for 20 weeks now. Every day! I started feeling results in about three days. But I have continued to feel results even as recently as a couple of weeks ago. See, we went to a college football game weekend with our son a couple of weekends ago. Sure, it sounds like no big deal. I have been taking Life Shotz religiously every day since I started on it, which I'm guessing was about 5 or 6 weeks ago. I hadn't noticed any dramatic results one way or the other until yesterday. My husband and I took a bus into downtown Minneapolis and back for a day-long seminar which began at 8am. With lots of walking to and from the bus, that itself was a push for me. It was also the first day since I started that I didn't take Life Shotz. By the time we got home at 6 last evening, I was wiped out. It hadn't dawned on me yet why. I looked in the mirror, and I looked like death warmed over! This morning as I began sipping my glass of Life Shotz, it dawned on me why I was so depleted by yesterday's strenuous activities: I hadn't had my Life Shotz. Yesterday will be the last day I ever go without it again.

I have been taking Life Shotz daily since last February. Each month I notice a new improvement in the way I feel, act, and especially how I recover from major exertion. But this seemingly insignificant event that occurred last week was the most amazing of all. I attended a reunion of the Nevada Jaycees. The turnout was better than expected. Just over 40 people. These are people I hadn't seen or talked to in over fifteen years and some that I met for the first time that day. The event lasted from noon to 2pm. The next day I sent out an email to the other Nevada Jaycees who couldn't attend to tell them about how much fun we had and said, "Here are just a few of the people who attended." Well, I was able to put down the names of 37 attendees ... and their wives! I didn't have a list or sign-in sheet to go by ... just my memory of seeing and talking to them. I no longer get tired at noon. Saturday I was up at 7am. I worked in the yard raking and cutting limbs for about two hours, then planted flowers, went to the store, cleaned the house and at 4pm quickly changed clothe to meet with a new prospect. I was excited to start Life Shotz. On the first day I did not like the taste, so I added orange juice. I couldn’t feel it working. After one week I still couldn’t feel a difference. A friend of mine introduced me to Life Shotz in the beginning of my month-long stay in Philadelphia. I took it and noticed good and consistent energy by the second day. During that month I was walking at least six miles a day all the way up to 13 miles. I was giving massages, I was teaching, and I was getting together with a lot of friends. I was pulling some crazy hours and my energy never waned. I also took this product into some five-star restaurants and felt very comfortable adding it to my water. This is an amazing product and it assures me I am getting the vitamins and minerals I need, as well as the anti-aging benefits of the antioxidants that Life Shotz provides. Life Shotz was amazing. I used it before the Coeur d'Alene Ironman during long training sessions as a recovery drink. It has all the nutrients my body needs. For Ironman Canada, I used it during the 5 days leading up to the race during my recovery time. I didn't have as good of bike split as I wanted in Canada, mostly due to a flat and bad weather at mile 80, but I got off the bike and ran a 4:15 marathon which is solid for anyone at most levels in competition. With a finishing time of 12:29, I believe Life Shotz helped immensely with my training, recovery, and race.

I work in a building with air conditioning, and we have had a summer like no other. Lots of humidity. I figured I would at least try Life Shotz. My second day with Life Shotz I noticed a difference. I didn't get groggy in the afternoon and when evening rolled around I still felt like I wanted to get stuff done instead of lounging on the sofa to watch television. By the end of the first week I felt better than I have felt in decades and I found myself wanting to go to the gym to improve my body and my health.
